How we can help you
Estate Planning
Proper estate planning can provide peace of mind for you and your family (and remove in case the worst should occur), all created according to your intentions and wishes.
Elder Law
Effective elder law planning can assist with obtaining long term care financial assistance when complete independent living is no longer an option.
Asset Protection
Estate Planning and Elder Law can provide protection for your life-long, hard earned assets from long term care costs, creditors and potential lawsuits. These same protections can be applied to your loved ones who are the beneficiaries of your estate planning.
Long Term Care Planning
Proper Long Term Care Planning can be invaluable in protecting your assets from the high cost of long term care assistance. This includes planning for assistance in the home, assisted living and nursing home care.
Probate and Trust Administration
Probate and Trust Administration is the legal process when someone passes away and assets need to be distributed to the beneficiaries.
